I am a creative, empathic and driven person who wants to bring moments of delight to those around me, both through design and terrible English accents.
I am not the typical type of person I would describe as "Type-A". My drawers are messy and my pantry is in desperate need of some organization, but when it comes to my profession there is no greater joy than creating order in places of ambiguity. I thrive in chaos, the unknown and the confusing. I dig deep into what we don't know to discover those little glimmers of what we must do and what is possible. I am a true people person, letting peoples' experiences help guide and inform how I think and understand the world around me. I use this true love of people and their unique experiences to craft solutions that are first and foremost human-centric and compelling. We are bombarded constantly with different interactions in our daily life that can feel confusing or worse, disorienting. It is my job to take those moments and turn them into interactions that put a smile on your face and allow you to carry on at ease. I utilize my love of Strategy informed by user insights to help guide and create solutions that remove friction and create moments of joy, whether that be on a platform interacting with technology, managing work in a remote setting or navigating patient health tools. We all deserve a little more joy in our lives!
